Edmonton Southside Hoops Academy now offering winter & spring group training in the local Southside area. Elevate your game and prepare for the upcoming club spring season ahead w/ the best group training in town.
Starting now from -

$199 for 2 on-court sessions + 1 conditioning session (on plan) per / Week       (Best Value) - 

Will include PM sessions per scheduled session. Mon - Fri, after 5 PM

PM: 1.5/2hr basketball training session + individual custom training plan consisting of diet plan, strength & conditioning plan, core & stability routine, and vertical program.

*Access to ask questions about developing goals like personal targets and breaking down gameplay on & off-court for personal growth.

Mix of Indoor and Outdoor training sessions *will have rented gym space (Wagner, Legacy)

 Times (start times): 5:15 PM |   7:00-30 PM |   9:15-9:45 (19:15 - 21:45)

End of Jan 2024 - End of April 2024 (16) weeks/winter training + 1-1 personal goal setting w/ led trainers

 Reg. local training session/hr = $50-70/hr for 1 session.....
